I bought my system and had a pressure/pressure tank problem upon installation, A Rep from GeekPure reached out and stayed in touch over 2 days (many messages, actually gave a hoot!) to ensure the system worked properly, even offering to replace the pressure tank at no charge, even though there are no returns thru Amazon, the system is working fantastic now, we are on a Well and you would think your drinking bottled water!!! it taste awesome!, there are lots of replacement parts available and many extra parts in the box, the little things most places only give one of, so if you break one or lose one (lock clips) theres extra-the best part though- is the after the sale customer service- it was EXCELLENT!!! second to none!!, I cant say enough about that, great people to deal with!!!👍🏻

Me gusta mucho este sistema de osmosis, sale un agua muy buena y muy segura. Además de filtrada con sus diferentes filtros y membrana, pasa por una lámpara de rayos UV que destruye a la mayoría de bichos que pueden atravesar esos filtro y que pueden ser dañinos para nuestra salud, con lo cual el agua que sale es muy buena y muy segura para nuestra salud y la de los nuestros y ahora ya no necesitaré comprar agua embotellada en un montón de años, sólo cambiar los prefiltros cuando lo indica el fabricante.

Arrivato a casa in ottimo imballo e con un giorno di anticipo. La scatola contiene tutto il necessario per la messa in opera dell'impianto. Consiglio la visione del videotutorial geekpure su youtube insieme alla lettura fel manualetto di insrallaziome (a volte non chiarissimo) per non avere problemi. Durante l'installazione noto che la sede della membrana RO è tutta bagnata all'interno ma il filtro è nuovo. Per sicurezza la risciacquo con acqua (no detersivi!!!!!!) e la asciugo bene. Monto il tutto e.... Wow! Zero perdite! (Leggendo i commenti ero preoccupato, ma so anche che di incapaci in giro ce ne sono tanti!). Effettuati tutti i lavaggi consigliati per i vari "stage" dei filtri (vi consiglio di farli SEPARATAMENTE a partire dai primi tre filtri, e successivamente PER OGNI ulteriore filtro ad uno ad uno escludendo i successivi, per evitare contaminazioni dei filtri "a catena"). Messo in uso noto che il serbatoio non si riempie d'acqua ed il filtro ad osmosi non fa passare acqua. Compro la pompa aggiuntiva Geekpure per aumentare la pressione dell'acqua. L'acqua adesso passa dal filtro RO ma il serbatoio non si riempie. Faccio un test aul rubinetto del serbatoio e noto che non funziona (rimane chiuso). Sostituisco a mie spese (7 euro) con un altro rubinetto e risolvo il problema. A questo punto l'impianto è completamente in funzione. Vedo che nell'acqua che ne fuoriesce si forma una patina in superficie con schiumetta persistente ed un sapore "ferroso" dell'acqua. Contatto diverse volte l'assistenza (sempre velocissima a rispondere) e chiedo la sostituzione del serbatoio (unica parte in metallo dell'impianto). Molto gentilmente e senza battere ciglio me ne spediscono gratuitamente uno nuovo (persino più grande). Fantastici!!! La schiumetta permane ma il sapore ferroso scompare. Scoprirò qualche giorno dopo a furia di test "da perderci la testa" che la schiumetta era dovuta a MICRO RESIDUI di detersivo depositati nei bicchieri che utilizzavo (sempre lavati e puliti!!!). Il modello acquistato è quello con sterilizzatore a lampada UV (ve lo consiglio per una maggiore serenità perchè se sono presenti batteri nella vostra acqua di casa i filtri tendono a diventare UN ALLEVAMENTO). Ho successivamente aggiunto un ulteriore "stage" con un rimineralizzatore... E davvero adesso l'impianto funziona egregiamente e l'acqua è veramente buona da bere. Difficilmente faccio recensioni lunghe e con 5 stelle... In genere recensisco solo i prodotti con problemi. Ma essendo anche un venditore su Amazon (di altre tipologie di prodotti) so cosa significa per un'azienda avere il livello di efficienza che ho riscontrato con l'assistenza di Geekpure e mi sento di fare un plauso sia all'azienda che al prodotto. Alla fine con un costo totale di circa 400 euro ho un impianto di depurazione che fa lo stesso lavoro (anche meglio) di altri che costano il doppio o più. COMPLIMENTI Geekpure!

The system itself seems to work well enough but the plumbing parts that come with it are of incredibly poor quality. The thread on the plumbing parts is M15 whoch is not standard in Europe and causes issues. Then plastic thread on the provided parts is flimsy - both for the supply water piece as well as the waste disposal piece. Metal parts with standard european sizes would make this product far better. I made a plan regarding installation but it is NOT ideal and I would not buy this oparticular brand again.

an dem Gerät sind die Gewindegrößen in Zoll bzw in Us-zoll. Hier was passendes finden-ist eine Weltmeisterleistung.

Hier sieht man sofort den unterschied Das eingekreiste Bild ist das gefiltertes wasser das andere ist normales Leitungswasser, was ein gräulichen Stich hat bin mit der Anlage zufrieden Tee und Kaffee schmeckt wieder

I purchased the R05-UV 6 stage system to replace and aged Pentek 4 stage system. I agree that the installation manual could be better, especially for a 1st time installer, but It was sufficient for me.The quality of the components looks every good. As another reviewer stated, I had a leak at first on the UV chamber, but re-instating the silicon sleeve solved that. One feature that could be improved is to add a flow switch to UV lamp so that it turns on only when the RO faucet is open. That way the lamp would not stay on all the time, increasing lamp life. TDS of input water was 470ppm, output was 28ppm, so I'm seeing a 94% rejection. Overall, the system is a excellent value for the price!

There is no CE certification number, and I haven't gotten an answer from the company about it. So it is not legal to install in the EU without. So my plumber wasted hours to put the bits and parts together which I will get a bill for, and then noticed that. So now I have to waste time sending it back, and pay a plumber money for nothing. I wonder why Amazon doesn't have a security check for such things and how they can sell illegal products?
