A reliable product from Geek. Unfortunately, I had to return it as the USB-C is of little use for me now. I'll consider buying this again once I have a USB-C compatible mobile device.

I like that they refund my money without any fuss. The device almost did the job. Everything was great but because the jack pin was slightly too small, it would not establish a good connection so it failed at the job. If you held it in place at the proper angle all was good - yet that is not how i wanted to use it.

Works great! Allows me to use my bose headphones with my phone, which requires a type c jack. Highly recommend!

Works very well for the most part, but sometimes there's a bit of a "pop" sound and it stops working. unplugging it and plugging it back in solves the problem, but it's kind of annoying. It's pretty rare that it happens, so not a huge deal. Otherwise it's great, I'm likely to buy a couple more as backups!
