Goods as described, well packed, delivered safely. Strong durable product, well finished, nice feel when using, easy to attach bands.Great to know that there are additional accessories available in order to convert the two smaller parts into individual hand mini bars for use either with tubes or flat bands. I am sure I will be purchasing them in the near future.

O produto atende o que foi proposto mas a minha chegou com vários pontos de ferrugem que me faz achar que não é muito durável.The product meets what was proposed but mine arrived with several rust spots which makes me think it is not very durable.

The bar pick up my training to a hole new level. Training with bands are way more efficiently and safer too.I like the 3 piece design and the good quality. No sharp pieces ore any bends. Perfect thickness of the bar an the foam. (Thanks it's not the spongi foam the soak up and geht damage after 3 sets).The only thing I don't like, are the small hook's. The okay vor thinner bands, but if you won't a big band for squats or heavy resistance the bigger hooks are a great upgrade. Pitty they sold them separately an not in the set. Yea I know making money....So I you buy this bar, spend a few bug's more an get the bigger hooks too. You don't regret it.

This is an excellent addition to my resistance bar workout machine. It fits perfectly to the 2 overhanging clips and allows me to perform lat, shoulder, and triceps pull downs. It is very lightweight yet very sturdy. It can handle a lot of weight. I am glad I found this.

I liked adding this equipment to my limited community gym.Drawback: the manual is not there and I thought it would come with a bag. It didn't.
