Ich habe mir diese Fräsköpfe für meine kleine CNC Fräse geholt. Ich fräse damit flache Multiplex Platten von 3-10mm max. Die Fräse ist eine Katsuni (Makita Nachbau) in der diese Fräsköpfe optimal passen.Die Fräser sind sauscharf, gehen sehr gut durch und hinterlassen kaum einen Rand. Nichts reißt aus und man kann hören, dass die Fräse ohne viel Widerstand durch das Material fräst.Fräsköpfe sind nun auch nicht gerade eine billige Angelegenheit, diese hier für umgerechnet 8,80 Euro pro Fräskopf sind schon sehr preiswert. Ich hatte mit einer deutlich schlechteren Qualität gerechnet. Daher vergebe ich für diese Fräser volle 5 Sterne.

Testé dans de l'alu, la coupe est excellente, sans vibration !Ça laisse une petite trace d'usinage linaire dans le centre de la gorge mais facile à poncer !C'est une excellente surprise !

The quality on these is pretty good. The dimensions are as described. It is perfect for a mini CNC mill. The ball end leaves a nice 0.06” fillet when pocketing a part. I mainly use it for aluminum and it has been cutting well leaving a reasonably good finish. I am not a heavy user so this multi-pack should last me for a long time. The price of these is quite reasonable given the quality and quantity. It should fit the budget for most hobbyists giving backups as the tool wears or breaks. Overall this is a good set for a hobby level CNC mill.

Most hobbyists are not machining o-ring grooves calling out specific tiny fillets on a flat bottom groove, or mating parts that rely on a near perfect 90 degree pocket to fit. I mainly use it for aluminum and it has been cutting well leaving a reasonably good finish. I am not a heavy user so this multi-pack should last me for a long time. The price of these is quite reasonable given the quality and quantity, especially for a coated mill bit. It should fit the budget for most hobbyists giving backups as the tool wears or breaks. Overall this is a good set for a hobby level CNC mill, which is Genmistu’s main market.

This is a nice pack from a well known brand that has a good reputation in the consumer CNC market. Five identical bits, each in their own protective cases. There are no frills here. The shanks are smooth and finished to a medium level of smoothness. The cutting edges are sharp and consistent, spiraling up into a nice ball nose head. No nanocoating on these but they are inexpensive and should last a while. CNC users will have to weigh in on longevity as those of us who use hand routers don't tend to push bits fast enough to notice the wear.
