I very much liked the multi-use function of the fondue/ raclette while it actually worked. However, I very much dislike the fact that the fondue heating element ceased working. The Givenue fondue/raclette was delivered to me on October 5th, 2024. I used it successfully three times. On January 4th, 2025 I tried using it for the 4th time and the fondue element would not heat. The product support window closed on January 3, 2025. The $129.59 It cost was not money well spent. I cannot recommend this product.

It get hot very quickly but the quality doesn’t worth the price.

We used this the week my mom and dad inlaw came during Christmas. It was such a fantastic idea!So far we have only used it with the cheese for fondue, the raclette and the top grill was used during the same time for thin sliced marinated steak and shrimp.Be aware the entire unit gets pretty hot ( in case you are using it with children around like i did, i made it a point to sit down and explain to our kids showing them the parts that heat up and can and will burn them if they touch it or use the tools improperly ) there is no number for heat indication, the ring around the button lights up and you'd have to adjust it occasionally during meal time.Clean up was easy except the fondue bowl was a bit harder to get the cheese out. Overnight in water and next day picking on it cleaning it gently made good of it.All in all made for a fantastic family dinner.

Was given as a wedding shower gift. And the groom to be looked at me and said, "OH MY GOD !!! That is perfect !! I've been wanting to take her to the " The melting pot" restaurant, forever !! " Hand to God, made my whole week !! I did tell them to go to the restaurant, To order the chocolate fondue experience. And then come home and make your own experiences ! Yum !! We did the 70's fondue dinners when I was a kid. Loved them,and yes brought them back on one on one date nights. Get one , I'm going too !

Top Teil.Heizt schnell auf.Schöne getrennte Regelung.Anti Haft Beschichtung der Grillfläche und Pfannen super.Perfekte Umsetzung!Bin voll zufrieden.Weihnachten und Silvester kann kommen.

I just got this today. The box was damaged, but the contents inside were fine. I set the unit outdoors & allowed it to fully heat about 20 minutes to burn off chemicals (as suggested to rid the unit of odor & smoke before using); it smoked & omitted a foul odor for about 3 minutes & was fine. It was easy to wash & set up for use. We cooked dinner on it tonight, brought everyone together for about 2 to 3 hours...we made Spinach Artichoke Fondue in the pot, Texas Fajitas (chicken, beef, shrimp, peppers & onions) on the grill, also used the grill to toast tortillas which made them taste amazing & made the best Smores I'd ever eaten in the Raclette trays for dessert. The ONLY thing I would change is the shape of the fondue bowl...it's shaped oddly & made cooking the fondue a little more difficult than it should have been...other than that this was SO much fun & easy to use. Everyone can do their own cooking, their own way.I ordered the square unit so I'd have the grill with lines but to my surprise, you can flip it over & it has the smooth griddle side also that you can use to make silver dollar pancakes, fry eggs or anything that you'd prefer a smooth surface for...so it's really 4 units in 1. What a deal!
