I'm so happy with this carrier. There are multiple ways to unzip it making loading my cats so much easier. I used the divider so one cat would not escape while I was loading in the other. I also like that it has pockets on the sides for storing treats and/or your paperwork.The carrier rolls very smoothly making the trips to the vet or anywhere else a breeze. I would recommend.

I'm so glad I found this, it's amazing. One of my cats has dermatological issues and is constantly going back and forth to the vet and he's not the smallest so he gets heavy to carry. This is amazing. I get so many compliments and "omg where did you get that" when I'm out with my babies. It fits perfectly in the back or passenger seat of my car (with the handle not extended of course) and I love the pockets and the multiple ways to open the carrier. One of my cats broke her femur recently and being able to lift her from the top was essential to keeping her as comfortable as possible throughout her vet visits. The pockets allow me to keep lists of medications and foods handy as well. I currently have 2 and will probably be getting at least 2 more.

1. Sent it without wheels. The whole reason I bought it.2. Very shoddy quality. A plastic supporting rod started poking through the material after 1 use. May not have happened if I didn't have to carry it.3. The devider in the center is so weak. I had my 2 cats in it and one of them immediately figured out how to get the velcro apart and wedged herself between the top of the devider and the roof of the carrier. Which, with her 13lbs of weight on it, she was able to knock it down and about crushed her sister. I had to stop the car to fix it and hope they'd leave it alone until we got to the vet at least.I obviously didn't get to test out the dolly since it literally didn't come with the detachable wheels, but it seems equally shoddy.I saw someone else say the shoulder strap broke with two 8lb cats in it so I used the smaller straps velcroed together and that worked fine. But I shouldn't have had to do it at all.The whole point of buying this is because it seemed like an accessible product for a disabled person like myself. However, it seems this company has made a habit of not sending all the required parts.Do not buy.

I bought this to transport my two cats for travelling to the cottage or the vet. I had read the other reviews and thought I would take a chance. It’s always hard when buying online to know if the product will be what you want. Product arrived quickly and was packaged well. I assembled the carrier minus the dolly. And to my dismay, I realized that over time, the sides would get flimsy and collapse as there is no metal bar frame to keep the shape of the carrier. So I sent it back. It’s too bad because the product was good quality : material, zippers, mesh…but if it was already sagging a bit when fresh out of the box, then it would definitely not last very long.
