I purchased the GKU D900 Dashcam in January 2025 and have now been using it for approximately five weeks. So far, it has worked perfectly and exceeded my expectations.The reason I bought it was that my brother was hit by a car, and the driver falsely blamed him. With no witnesses present, my brother would have had to pay for the substantial repair costs—if he hadn’t had a dashcam. When the other driver realised there was video evidence proving my brother’s case, he quickly changed his mind and paid for the repairs without dispute. Many of the reported “it doesn’t work” issues likely stem from people forgetting this step.Once connected, I found the app straightforward to use, and everything worked immediately.MicroSD Card Setup:As soon as I powered the dashcam, it prompted me to format the microSD card—a simple process that I completed directly through the dashcam itself. • The dashcam includes a 64GB microSD card, which should be adequate for most users. • I opted to purchase a 128GB microSD card and changed the loop recording to 5 minutes (adjustable via the app settings). • If you buy a separate microSD card, ensure it is Class 10 or higher (writing at 10MB/s or faster) to handle high-definition video.Mounting & Cable Management: • The 3M adhesives provided an excellent bond, so I didn’t need to use the electrostatic stickers. • Cable routing was easy in my 2024 Honda Civic, with the included wire trim tool proving to be very useful. • I used Velcro fasteners and Velcro tape for extra tidy cable management of the long rear dashcam cable.Outstanding Customer Service:I contacted GKU customer service several times regarding the availability of the hardwire kit and was very impressed. • My emails were answered promptly, with clear and helpful responses. • Their customer support is exceptional, standing apart from the unfortunate trend of companies “ghosting” customers after a purchase.Useful Tips: • Position the rear dashcam within range of your rear windscreen wiper for better visibility in poor weather. • Regularly clear locked videos from your microSD card to prevent running out of storage. • Pressing the function button once on the front dashcam saves a video to prevent it from being overwritten. • Keep the instruction booklet in your glove box so you don’t misplace it. • Be careful when removing the microSD card—do it at a table before installation to avoid losing it in your car.Final Verdict:I have no hesitation recommending the GKU D900 Dashcam. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality dashcam, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Monitoraggio H24 molto utile (necessita di cavo rigido Hardwire). Sensore G Sony che rileva urti salvando il video dell'accaduto. App dedicata che vi solleva da continui aggiustamenti, fa tutto lei, voi dovete solo guidare con prudenza, sempre. Al momento non trovo difetti, vedrò nel tempo, ad oggi sensazionale rapporto qualità/prezzo e un supporto clienti di un' efficienza mai vista, per quanto mi riguarda. I recently bought a dash cam to use on my vehicle for both long trip and local driving. After reviewing many different dash cams, I decided to buy a GKU-D900 camera package. I received it two days after ordering it. That is exceptional delivery service! It exceeded my expectations. The front and rear cameras are both very compact, nice design, high quality video, and well built. It also came with a 64GB SD card.The installation of both cameras was very easy and the installation of the power wires was easier than I anticipated with the small tool that came with it. The wires tucked in nicely and out of sight along the headliner of both camera locations. Setting the cameras up was also very easy following the enclosed instructions. I installed the front cameras first and tried it out. Then installed the rear camera and hada problem getting it to turn on. After contacting customer service, I received an e-mail from Judy. Sheconfirmed what I had done was not shutting the front camera off and then restarting it after the second camera was installed. The front camera simply had not recognized it. Both cameras work excellent and I am very impressed with the video clarity, and all the other features! I highly recommend the GKU D900 camera package! Equally of importance was the quick response to my e-mail to customer service. Judy was very helpful in providing detailed instructions!

I bought this dashcam camera set with the hardwire kit and I have just installed it.The cameras are very compact, and the picture quality is very good.Bit of a faff with the cables but no issues with the fuses once you get the right hardwire kit.The app is very good, and SD card into your PC if you need too is useful and the best way to view the high quality videos.Be aware that this will only work with 5Ghz wi-fi on purchase, so you will need a dual band wi-fi mobile to use it straight away. Most newer phones should have this. Mine didn't however!That said, customer support was excellent and sent me a firmware upgrade to allow me to update the camera directly and to use a 2.4GHz wi-fi connection instead. Once I did that, the camera and app were very easy to use.Ella was my point of contact on the support team and she was polite and really helpful and accommodating.I'd consider buying a second one of these for the other car based on the the combination of the cameras, ease of set-up and the customer support.

Lieferumfang:- Ausreichend und umfangreich- die Kamera kann ohne weiteres Werkzeug montiert werden und ist dank der mitgelieferten Speicherkarte sofort startklar- Es sind alle notwendigen Befestigungskleber dabei und auch noch separate für die Frontkamera, falls man eine falsche Stelle zur Montage ausgewählt hatte.- Es ist ein Montagewerkzeug dabei, um die Kabel hinter der Verkleidung oder Gummidichtungen zu verstecken.- Auch sind Klebebefestigungen für Stellen dabei, an denen die Kabel nicht versteckt werden können.Installation im Auto:- Die Kabellängen sind ausreichend für normale Autos, bei großen Kombis (Passat, Mondeo, Oktavia) bin ich mir da nicht so sicher, ob die Kabel zur Heckkamera lang genug sind.- Die Aufkleber halten einwandfrei, was sich mir nur nicht ganz erschlossen hat ist, dass es für die Frontkamera zwei Ersatzklebepads gibt, aber nicht für die Heckkamera.- Bei der Heckkamera bin ich bei der Installation auf das Problem gestoßen, dass die Linse direkt an der Scheibe anliegt und die Heckkamera damit etwas von der Scheibe wegdrückt. Bei weniger senkrecht stehenden Heckscheiben sollte das aber kein großes Problem sein.- großes Plus ist, dass die Frontkamera abgenommen werden kann, das hatte ich erst bei der Montage durch Zufall gesehen.Kamerabedienung:- Die Verbindung mit der App funktioniert reibungslos- Leider kann die Heckkamera nicht gedreht werden, nach der Installation hatte ich festgestellt, dass ich die Heckkamera auf dem Kopf montiert habe, das ist beim Sichten der Videos etwas nervig, aber behebbar.Alles in allem eine anständige Kamera, die sich gut bedienen lässt und auch nicht klobig in den Scheiben die Sicht einschränkt. Die Videoqualität ist gut, allerdings nachts ist die Erkennbarkeit der Kennzeichen trotz HDR nicht ideal. Auch wäre es praktisch HDR nachts einschalten und tagsüber ausschalten zu können, um ideale Lichtverhältnisse in den Videos zu haben.

I've been using the GKU D900 dash cam for over a week and I am very happy with the performance and features. The dual resolution provides superb video clarity from Both cameras. The front camera’s 4K captures detail with smooth motion, making it perfect for identifying license platesand road signs, while the rear 2.5K ensures comprehensive rear coverage during the day or at night. The built-in WI-FI is great, easy to connect to, allowing real-time viewing of the front/rear cameras at the same time! The installation wassurprisingly quick and hassle-free. I had both cameras set up and working in under an hour, and the slim design fits perfectly behind the rearview mirror without obstructing the view. The small 1.47” display is enough to manage settings andpreview footage without being distracting while driving. It also supports up to 512GB of SD storage, which I plan to upgrade to in the near future. Added bonuses are GPS location and car speed via the mobile application. This dual dash cam is perfect for anyone looking for a little more security for their vehicle and/or to capture those unfortunate incidents if someone were to run into your vehicle. I recommend the GKU 900 after trying a few other cameras because the resolution is much better.
