Good construction. Good thickness, especially at the bottom if it will be used on a heating plate. Better quality IMHO than the Karter Scientific 5L.

I bought 3 of these. 2 broke with the first use for some unknown reason. All I did was put the hot liquids in it and it immediately broke. Beakers are FOR hot liquids! Why does it break?Do not buy these if you are planning on putting anything in them. The 3rd one, I haven't even used bc I'm scared it is going to break as well. Returning it

Good price for a mixing container this large, however they would be infinitely more useful with a 500ml graduation mark (all the other liter and half liter points have marks).
