These markers have lots of pigment and are very sparkly even when the ink is fully dried. They do take a decent amount of time since they can easily flood the paper but that’s often expected. The only thing to note is that there is not a lot of ink in the pens. I found that after doing the color swatch test squares I had used up a decent amount. I do reserve these pens for projects where I need bold glitter ink. I’ve done a few journal titles and doodles on envelopes with these but I keep standard writing to other pens with more ink. Lots of pigment and sparkle!!!! Just keep the fact thank the ink runs out quickly in mind :)

The tips seem scratchy not smooth. Do not work too good.

I like the colors, but after a few drawing strokes I have to click it again for more gel and then they get white lines. It just doesn't look good and it's not relaxing to use.

They get clogged if you will and don’t flow seamlessly just a waste of time.

These glitter markers looked like they’d be useful for a craft activity I had set up for kids at a Christmas party, so that was my reason to order them. The activity was to decorate wooden ornaments. I tested them on both black and white paper first to see how they show up, and liked the results. They do need to be primed before you start coloring, but the ink flowed pretty well once they got started. I will note one of them sprayed onto my white test page (more easily seen in the close up shots) so you should be sure to cap them before shaking them while priming. On the white paper the color was bright and the glitter added an extra dimension to it. The glitter was key to make the ink visible on the black paper so the effect of the color is more muted, but you can see some color tint to each one. The markers come to a very fine point so I did find that when I went back over to fill in more color, I tended to scratch some of the glitter off. This was more noticeable on the black paper since the glitter is the main visible element in that case. It was also possible to get the glitter smudged on my hand when I passed it over the paper. The markers worked out great for the event. The kids enjoyed being able to add sparkle to their creations and I was happy to have a way to do so without having loose glitter out to make a big mess. The colors showed up nicely on the wood, though with the pointed tip they are better suited for detail work rather than getting coverage over large areas. I was too busy during the party to get photos of the finished ornaments, but the kids had a blast with them and there was still ink in them at the end, so they worked out well.I’d happily recommend them to others, but do think they will work best for line drawings or writing as opposed to coloring things in.
