I'm not one to write reviews, but this situations calls for one. I purchased this mini computer back in October 2023. It was my first ever purchase of a mini computer. I didn't actually take it out of the box until a month and a half later(big mistake). The mini computer stopped loading after two weeks of use. I called Amazon for a refund because needless to say I was very disappointed. Of course Amazon would not entertain a refund because it was past the 30 day return window. The Amazon person's only advice for me was to contact AMD(?????). Fortunately I did not take that strange and dead end advice. Instead I contacted GMKTec support that was listed in the little booklet that came with the device. I went back and forth with them through email and they were very patient with me(I'm not that tec savvy). To make a long story short they were able to guide me to a working mini computer again. The computer works great now, very quite and boots up quickly. You really can't beat the compact size either.

No idea of how well it works for gaming, but we love it general use. No complaints at all. It boots fast. It is glitch-free, so far.

PC is as described. Very Fast and responsive. I use it to stream applications like Netflix, Hulu, etc.. and because of the quality the video isuch better than using TV apps, or fire stick.

Still 5 stars because this little machine is great. I bought this for a low power/high performance minecraft server and it excels at this task. I used to use a raspberry pi as a server and it struggled just flying around loading chunks. This thing can easily handle several players all traveling around at the same time, loading in new chunks.It's not gonna be great for more demanding gaming but i did do a test with rocket league before deploying this as a server and it did manage to run it at 60fps on all low settings 1080p.The power supply that shipped with it was terrible. Lasted maybe 1 hour but at the price this thing is listed I am surprised this is the only issue I've had. I am in contact with the company about getting a replacement but in the meantime i went to walmart and bought a universal 65 watt laptop power supply and it is running no problem now.

I bought two GMtek PCs to add more stations in my clinic, just having to buy a monitor, and it works great. They are extremely stable under the workload we have and I am extremely satisfied until now.
