There is not a lot to say about thisIt fits directly to the AD200.Its very quick to put on and take off.It allows great control over the directionality of light from the flash head.It is made from very durable materials.And to cap it all, its very flexible and can be quickly folded down to the store it away,Definitely one of my better choices
