Great product. The line is thin but very strong and the locking device keeps it taut. Because the line is thin I found my clothespins didn’t clamp tightly on delicate fabrics. I bought King-a-ma-jig clothespins which work very well.

This sits out of sight when not in use and is robust enough to carry laundry straight from the washer across its length.It’s a great little tool for discrete line installation, when not in use it’s all but invisible, when required it’s strong.Get one.! Fully recommended.

Good quality. Strong and compact. Others sell this product for more, but they are essentially the same thing. Very happy with my choice.
