So I bought this to add to my wool to spin yarn. I was looking for something called Angelina fibers, which basically looks exactly like this stuff, but cost a heck of a lot more. I decided to give this a try and I am so glad I did. I added on to my blending board with my wool before spinning on my drop spindle. I don't know if you can tell from the picture but it gives the most beautiful Sparkle while not changing the texture. I've been looking for other colors but a lot of the stuff that comes up on Amazon seems to be made out of something else. I don't know what material this is, but it's nice and thin, maybe the thickness of a couple pieces of hair, as opposed to the thick tinsel-like stuff that sells under the same name. I don't know what this has to do with fishing but I imagine it would be good for that as well. As long as you don't have to separate the strands, cuz that would be damn near impossible. The price is great compared to the others and you really do get a lot if you are just using small pinches at a time like I am. So anybody out there looking for some sparkle in their yarn, I highly recommend this. Now I just need them to come out with some other colors so I don't have to try any of these other brands that look subpar.

The product was just as described and shipped quickly like most things on Amazon. I am using it for adding sparkle to needle felting projects, and it works great!No idea if it makes good fishing lures, but I would probably grab at it if I saw it wiggling around in the air.
