Suite à certains commentaires concernant des éviers cassé ou fendus à la livraison, j'ai demandé au livreur que l'on ouvre ensemble le carton et malgrès un emballage en bon état , nous avons constaté une fissure importante. j'ai refusé le colis.

Le produit a été laborieusement livré par UPS. Il devait être livré a domicile mais étonnement fini a 2km chez un coiffeur, puis est reparti, puis a été perdu... et a fini par être livré 4 semaines plus tard...Une fois ouvert l'évier était fissuré.Grohe a pris directement en charge la livraison d'un nouvel évier en quelques jours et a domicile. Donc merci Grohe, beaucoup moins UPS. Je ne suis pas certain de recommander ce type de produit (cf dimension) sur Amazon.Enfin le produit est bien se pose facilement et reste solide dans le temps. Il répond aux attentes.Dommage pour ce faut départ qui empêche très clairement de mettre une note supérieur. il n'y aurait pas UPS, cela aurait été 5*.

Arrivé abimé malgré un emballage qui m’a semblé en bon uniforme.Du coup, je me demande s’il n’a pas été mis dans le carton déjà abîmé.

Schönes tiefes Spülbecken. Keine Störenden weiße Pigmente wie bei anderen Spülbecken.Lochbohrung für Wasserhahn ging einfach und unkompliziert.

After the first sink was fitted by the installer I could see faults. One corner of the drainer part was warped downwards by about 5mm, see photo. The middle part across was thicker than than both ends by 2mm. There was a hump in the middle. Because of these the sink did not lie flat on my new flat and level worktop; it looked awful. I clicked on the product page for support to Grohe on 3rd Sept 21. It said they reply in 1-2 days. I got a reply on 13th Sept basically asking what is the product. In the meantime I contacted Amazon who as usual were very helpful and sent an exchange sink. Sink 2 is a bit better but the edge at the end of the drainer is 2mm thinner than the middle and other end. There is a hump in the middle by about 2mm which is not too noticeable. People say it looks ok but I can see the difference in thickness along the edge and the slight hump. I did not see the point in getting another replacement and at the original price of £214 it was too much to dump it and buy something else. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this sink.
