The box is to slow setting up to go on line, a waste of money, don’t bother buying this product, I’ve got a Q+ box, which is a lot faster setting up to go on line.

It's Android 13, but from some reason a lot of application are not available to download or not compatible with this device. Why? I don't know. The device is a very basic. Not to fast and sometimes lagging. The only way to install applications you want, you have to use a third party app. Appmirror is the best. Also that app is not available to download on this device, so you need to download this from your phone or android tablet to the usb drive and then plug in to the device and install from there. It works fine then, but it's a lot of hassle. It is definitely not the android experience you want or you familiar with. Not worth the price. When connected to my WiFi, it's showing a Google Pixel 5 device?!

So this steaming device looks great in the picture 8k and everything looks great.I got this yesturday and have all ready sent it back.What went wrong the internet port at the back for RJ45 cable didn't work at all only WiFi worked.Next problem is sluggish display and most apps wouldn't work properly.Maybe I was just terribly unlucky and others are working fine.But I went for a cheaper h96 box working perfectly .

I like the remote control, sleek and easy to use. Definitely a better player for android tv users
