Too easily bent when shipped by USPS so one packet had to be returned. Another came through okay but with the USPS it's always chancey. Seller should send with stiffer reinforcements.The paper itself is ideal for pastel applications.

I thought this was velour paper for pastels, my happy mistake great for drawing.

Unreasonable to think that one could do a pastel pencil piece on this very thin, fragile, and easily torn paper. Waste of good money.

This is a great laid surface paper. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is its price. You could do a LOT better buying it in full sheets. This is only a 1/4 sheet size. Still it's my absolute favorite surface to do ink work on so you can't go wrong with Hahnemuhle.
