We have had this product for 5 1/2 years. It is placed inside our screened in pool but recently the flap cracked in half and I have no clue where would we find a replacement or is a replacement possible. I do not see a number to call even though it says 24 hour service if anyone knows please reach out.

This is a very good door for the price. I installed this on my garage metal door for cats. The small size was more than adequate for my cats - even the tall one. Installing this through a metal garage door requires some effort with a jigsaw and drill. I wouldn't say it was an easy process. It took some tweaking to get both sides and insert aligned. Another person would have helped since I was trying to align both sides holding up the doors myself. The bolts are long so they will fit any size width of door up to 2". So... In my case I had to cut off 4 bolts that were sticking out. I had no access to use a hacksaw, so I had to buy an angle grinder to cut them off. As a note - I had to install the door backwards because the metal cross brace on the garage door would not allow the plate that you use to slide in to block the door was in the way. Not a problem, I can slide it in on the outside when I need to seal the door. Just be sure to measure everything twice, especially when cutting down the inserts- there were varying widths on the garage door after I cut out the opening. The inserts go around the inside of the garage door opening and insert into both sides of the frame. All in all- I am extremely happy with the quality.

Great quality at a great price! Was a little larger than existing dog door but was easy to install. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a dog door!

La puerta es de material resistente y funciona muy bien. El instructivo está muy detallado y explica muy bien cómo instalarla dependiendo de la puerta en la que vaya a ser instalada.Está de más decirlo, pero se necesitan herramientas especiales si la puerta es de metal, vidrio o madera. Yo le pedí ayuda a un herrero para ponerla.
