The hose is relatively easy to install (just took a few minutes) and works like new again! I am so glad I didn't pay a plumber! I wish that they would not include the short hose for a bathroom faucet and reduce the price. (FYI - I also soaked the spray head in vinegar for several hours before re-installing to clean it out and remove mineral deposits.)

I used this to replace the flex hose on my grohe tap, on the advice of a YouTube tutorial. It worked, all the parts fit beautifully. It even has an included quick-release which was helpful for the final step of install.

SO, after spending $131.50 on another higher end faucet hose, and several twenty fours and twenty sevens I was told the 20 year old faucet that had sprung a pin sized leak in the pull out hose was a HansGrohe. That made this simple…if only I had known.So after a couple of weeks of walking coffee and tea water from the bathroom to the kitchen I got the hose yesterday and since we woke to snow on the ground this morning, I installed it then.Actually this whole ordeal got me to buy a couple of new wrenches. The way I de installed the broken hose would have made you laugh, and damn near caused me to chip a tooth. Now, seriously, if you’re reading this reconsider doing it yourself, it’s an easy job, but it does require you to lay on your back, with part of your torso inside the kitchen sink cabinet, while the other is several inches lower, laying on the kitchen floor. SO Hire a Plumber, they deserve the money if they are willing to do that, and Thank You Jesus I choose a different occupation. Quick Point, HansGrohe sent out a wonderful set up. Two hose pieces, one short one that connects to the Faucet pipe, then a longer one that connects to the pull out faucet handle. That makes for a simpler install in that you’re not having to work with one long hose. FYI there, and Nice Job Hans’. So, I’m bullish on this system, and if you have this type of faucet, and this is the hose for it, you’ll do fine. Much Better if you hire someone to do the work, but the part is really nicely designed for ease of installl. And while I was so excited that it was a good fit, I forgot to use the provided washer, and yet still no dripping in the cabinet. FIngers Crossed, Salida1048

We found a leak under the kitchen sink so I had to replace the hose. There are cheaper hoses around but I have been stung before. So I went for the Hansgrohe replacement and it worked out well. I'm 85 so climbing under the sink is not my favourite activity and I was afraid that after I took the old hose out, the new hose would not slide in to replace it. But I need not have worried. It all went together like a charm.

This replaces the pull out hose for the hansgrohe focus mixer. It comes with another shorter hose which I didn’t use as that part was not damaged. It was difficult trying to get the hose through the tap as the passage was blocked by the 3 other hoses.. I removed the tap from the sink (but still leaving the other 3 hoses intact) and after some tries, managed to get this hose through the tap.. it’s working great now..
