Traditional v60 recipes work great in this with no perceived difference from the plain brewer, and but the real fun is mixing it up with part immersion part percolation hybrid recipes. Great price, nice little beaker/cup to go along with it.

I recently purchased the Hario Switch coffee maker from Amazon, and I have mixed feelings about my purchase. The coffee maker itself is excellent. It brews a fantastic cup of coffee with its unique design and is easy to use. However, I was disappointed to find that the paper filters, which are supposed to be included, were missing from the package.The missing filters were a crucial part of my coffee-making routine, and their absence was a significant inconvenience. I had to purchase them separately, which was an additional cost and a hassle.Another concern I have is the durability of the plastic switch on the coffee maker. It doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like, and I worry about its long-term reliability.If you're considering buying the Hario Switch, be sure to double-check the package contents upon arrival, as it seems that the inclusion of the filters is not guaranteed. Esta muy bonito todo y esta muy bien tener esta v60 switch como otra gran opción, la verdad solo lo uso cuando solo hago una sola taza de cafe, y la mayoría de los dias hago mas de una para toda mi familia, lo que me encanto es que la jarrita que trae también sirve como taza ya que es muy chiquita y es una taza muy única.La switch en si es muy fácil de usar y es una forma de hacer cafe muy fácil para principiantes. Mi única queja, es una queja realmente muy pequeña y es que lavarlo es un poquito mas difícil que una v60 normal ya que tiene muchas partes escondidas y si no tienes cuidado puedes perder la bolita que viene adentro o la pieza de plástico que hace funcionar el mecanismo

The product is more fragile than it looks in the pictures. The cone is made of glass, which can shatter if you are not careful. The bit that lifts the small steel ball to allow water flow is awkward to use and will break very easy even on first use. Cleaning and maintenance is also an issue because it's not easy to take the thing apart and you will need to rinse the silicone base quite often because it attracts smells which will have an impact on the taste of the coffee.
