Verwenden Sie die Impfösen für die gleichmäßige Verteilung der Kolonien und die Impfnadeln zum Entfernen der Kolonien. Wählen Sie zwischen flexiblem Polypropylen oder starrem ABS. Die Impfösen werden steril geliefert und können sofort benutzt werden. Abmessung: ø 4 mm x 200 mm Länge.

Sadly, I HATE them. The loop is so thick! I have no doubt it holds the 1ul it states, but in a thick loop: it's hard to pick a small colony with them. They also do not fit snuggly in the bottom of a PCR tube, so when I put the colony in there and swirl the loop to detach the microorganisms, I cannot "squish" them againt the tube walls to help open them. But maybe that's just me.They are VERY flexible, which does not help with colony picking. It would be good for liquid colonies spreading on agar plates, but found the plastic loop to be a bit rough (at least the batch I got), which shears the agar.I'll go back to my other brand, which is half the price and is clearly better suited to my needs.
