We love this monitor. Very portable and gives a good view of my son sleeping in the crib. It also alerts us to our son’s cries as soon as he wakes up . We had to replace the monitor coz somehow the entry point of the wire broke when we put in the wire. Great product

This is my second (the exact same) baby monitor. At first I bought only one to be sure the picture quality is okay because I have bad experience with previous (not Hellobaby) split screen monitor. And then I bought another one - customer services were very helpful and offered me discount on the whole baby monitor set not only second camera - so now I have one extra monitor if anything goes wrong with the first one.So... the picture quality is great, we only use it at night so I can say that this is a great night vision camera. The battery life is ok, the range is even better (I had problems with other baby monitors just goint to the second floor), it is easy to operate and to connect another camera. The big screen is very nice, the brightness is adjustable. Only minus for me is that volume buttons are not on the monitor and you have to go to menu to set the volume.Overall... PERFECT baby monitor for good money. I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends.Also their customer support is great, very helpful and they quickly respond.

Our previous monitor lasted two full years. Honestly it would have probably lasted even longer. But phones getting too close creates static and messes with the screen. Between that and it getting stepped on did it in. I was hoping to be able to replace it and this worked perfectly! It was for sure worth the money!

This setup is one of the better child monitors that we’ve used. We are on our second monitor as the power cord connector starts to fail and not charge. Had to order a new one 01/03/21 and the monitor is doing the exact same thing as the last.

We bought this as a replacement device as the charging cable on our old one had broken and the button indicators had rubbed off. The device paired up with the camera easily and works well. The only thing UK people need to know is that is comes with an EU plug so you need a shaver adapter to plug it in
