This weighted vest is a little uncomfortable to wear, but only because I'm still carrying extra weight in my upper body and chest. I'm hoping that the more weight I lose, my chest and back will continue to get smaller, and this will be more comfortable to wear. I have a large chest, so the front closure is very helpful. The weight distribution seems to be even and I'm very happy with the quality for the price. I think there was a slight smell when it first came out of the box, but it's gone now!

This was purchased because I saw someone online with it. Price is good for a starter vest. Out of the package it smells like new workout gear. I opted for the 8lb vest to get started. I have worn it around the house and it is pretty comfortable. The design is good. Easy to slip on and use the front clip and adjust as needed. I can wear it around the house for a couple of hours and function as I need- folding laundry, vacuuming, computer work etc. I was cautioned to wear it for 15-30 minutes at a time and get used to it.

I am 5’2” and the vest is not a great fit. The buckle sits under boobs and not across chest. If you are a petite woman this is not the right purchase.

I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today.

I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect.
