The inserts themselves are pretty good, easy to fit with a soldering iron into 3D printed parts, (I don't have a proper fitter, but a suitable wide tip on a soldering iron works fine). All the parts are present and the ones I have counted seem to be present, although when delivered the shipping has taken its toll on the packaging, all the dividers are still in place, but the inserts themselves have all jumped over into other size dividers. So you have to spend some time picking them out and determining the correct size for each before use.

These are great thread inserts for those who like making 3D printed projects. It starts with the smallest at M2 for tiny project then in increments M2.5, M3, M4, M5 and finally up to M6 for mid to larger size projects. There are also differing depth:2.5, 3 & 4mm for M24 & 5mm for M2.54, 5 & 6mm for M34, 6 & 8mm for M47 & 10mm for M58 & 12mm for M6The case they come is nice an handy too, to keep everything organsied. At 13 quid at the time of writing I think this is decent value for the about of thread that come in this pack.

This set of heat set inserts arrived in the typical multi section plastic container with a latch that everyone’s seen before with screws and other small items sets they’ve purchased. The lid has a HOLMOL branded & informative sticker placed on it that tells you the location, the quantity and the size of each piece in the box. I’m generally not a huge fan of these containers because most of the time the contents arrive in a jumbled mess, but thankfully this seems to be one of the good ones because everything in this set arrived in its intended space.I’ve got a dedicated heat-set insert soldering iron tip for my Pinecil V2 but these will drop right into a well-toleranced 3D print with pretty much any soldering iron tip at the right temperatures for whatever material you’re using. All the sizes printed onto the label match up with what you get in the box with a quick check with my callipers. I've also had no issues using the ones from this kit interchangeably from the ones I imported in bulk in the same sized holes and insertion techniques. Each size takes the matching sized metric screw without a problem and they’re something every 3D printing enthusiast should have on hand, they’re super handy and very commonly required for online projects. As I mentioned in the title, I consider this mix to be of decent value if you aren’t entirely sure what you may want or you need a small quantity of a specific size on short notice. The current asking price of £12.99 is right around the typical asking price for a set of this quantity on Amazon though. Like any multi-size mixed set it's not going to be the best value option if you need more than 10-50 pieces of one size, but if you want to cover your bases and have inserts for anything up to M6, this is a viable option.

I’ve been using the 360PCS Threaded Inserts for Plastic in my 3D printing projects, and they’ve worked perfectly. The assortment of sizes (M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6) made it easy to find the right fit for my parts. The brass heat inserts are easy to install with a soldering iron and provide a strong, reliable thread for plastic, making them perfect for securing pieces. The quality is excellent, and they’ve held up well in all my projects so far. Definitely a great value and highly recommended for anyone working with 3D prints or plastic parts!

These are able to be heat-pressed into my 3D prints with just an ordinary soldering iron. Once in place, they seem to stick very well, and this means I can now use proper little machine screws to hold things like lids onto my 3D printed boxes. Very nice to have a selection too.
