Very realistic looking. They are a great size. They go great in the lab diorama for my grandkids. Large enough for them to play with.

Bought for my friend who passed all her tests to become a metallurgist! She uses the microscope daily and this tiny microscope is so adorable!!! Came as a pack if two. I gave the other one to my other coworker for his birthday. I will definitly buy these again for other occasions as i work with microscopes daily and for co workers as a birthday gift. I want one for myself! Good buy!! I Wish i took a photo before i gave them away! So cute

I ordered these Barbie sized microscopes to create an ornament for my chemical engineer brother-in-law. It's a two pack and the blue one was some assembly required which is no big deal but the white one was snapped off the base. It was an easy return & a new item sent but had the same issue. If I had time I would have sent them back again but I had no time. So I pulled out my handy dandy glue box and set to work at repairing a damaged gift. The items themselves are adorable the blue one is functional the mirror moves & the slide moves in and out. The white one has an adjustable slide as well. Wonderful little detailed microscopes. Horrible shipping method in a bubble wrap envelope through USPS. But I have to wonder if there's a defect in the park for them to be broken in the same spot twice. If you don't mind repairing things go ahead and order. This would have been five star had I not had broken items twice. I'm sure they would have sent me another package had I complained but why should I fuss a second time? That was just a loop of frustration I wasn't prepared to travel within.
