I've not seen one of these before. I use it to stretch O-rings across "prop savers" on small brushless motors for RC model airplanes. Someone tipped me off to that particular use--if you gotta have it, you gotta have it. Well made, cheap, and highly useful for my purpose (which isn't stretching coil springs--LOL).

This little tool is a bit expensive but worth the money. It retains a shape when getting into a tiny spaces to pull tight springs and other things. I already owned one from a few years ago but someone borrowed it and never returned it so this was bought as a replacement.

Great product quality. Real metal. Very handy for working in tight spaces. Used it to repair a broken carriage string on a vintage typewriter.
