Tolles Teil- robust, wertig,funktionell und macht was es soll.Bitte beachten: Es wird ein 7mm Bohrer benötigt. Das ist eher selten, da englischer Standard. Ich habe mir mit 8mm Bohrer und Schrauben beholfen.Bei Anbringung an einer Wand, sollte man wandtürstopper anbringen, da sonst die schlauchaufrolle gegen die Wand schlägt und sich gleich verfärbt.Bei Bestellung ohne amazon Umverpackung können Zubehörteile ziemlich leicht aus dem Originalkarton fallen.

After having an older version for years, that has been sitting out in all types of weather it was time for an update. considering this has 30 m of hose, it is surprisingly small. Came with all the screws and mount included in the box and was very simple to install. All the hose ends and three in one attachment was also included, which is a nice bonus. My only comment is it would’ve been nice to be able to install the hose on either side this seems only possible on one side of the device. A wider selection of colours would also be nice something that could match the more modern garden. Overall seems very well-made and should last a long time very happy with my purchase

Dopo vari mesi di utilizzo, posso dire che è davvero un prodotto ottimo, che risponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Praticamente annaffiare il prato è diventato piacevole, eliminando la scocciatura del tubo da riavvolgere a mano!

Nachdem wir die Schlauchtrommel etwas über zwei Jahre gelegentlich genutzt hatten, funktionierte von einem auf den anderen Tag die Aufrollautomatik nicht mehr. Die Ursache des Defekts war von außen schwer zu ergründen, schien aber offensichtlich im Bruch eines Bauteils zu liegen.Selbstverständlich kann bei jedem technischen Gerät auch einmal ein unerwarteter Defekt auftreten. Unmöglich ist jedoch, wie der Hersteller mit der Problematik umgeht. Hozelock wirbt mit einer 5-Jahres-Garantie, stellt sich aber taub, wenn wirklich ein Garantiefall eingereicht wird. Keine meiner Reklamationen wurde beantwortet - weder per Mail, noch über das Formular auf der Website.Von uns daher die klare Empfehlung, einen alternativen Hersteller zu wählen. Defekte können sicher auch dort auftreten - aber der Umgang mit Reklamationen wird ziemlich sicher besser sein.

El producto esta lleno de detalles que indican que los diseñadores tienen experiencia en estos productos.El manejo y montaje es sencillo y no ha presentado ningun problema.Ahora solo falta que los plásticos duren con el tiempo.

This is the business. My step-dad has two installed and I was so impressed I bought one for myself.I measured the distance to the edge of my garden (25m) and ordered the 30 metre.Interestingly the hose just about reaches the corner of the garden, so I presume the hose used to connect to the tap is included in the total length.Fitting was a breeze and it works a treat!

Great hose reel and hose with quality second to none! The clever and nifty features such as removable fitting in the reel, lead hose cover, lockable features on the mount and main reel add value and convenience. The retractable and lock mechanism feels solid and works well. It also comes with excellent instructions and wall mounting kit - just 4 plugs and screws and you're good to go. I have used other reels before but the quality doesn't compare. I couldn't recommend this product any more.

Werden leider sie immer schlechter verpackt. Haben einen 20 und einen 30 Meter lange Box bestellt, geliefert wurden sie als ob sie schon 2 Jahre am Lager waren.Das ist jetzt schon unser 5 Hotzelock und sind eigentlich zufrieden damit ,leider lässt die Qualität ein wenig nach da beim Material sehr stark optimiert wird. Halterung und seitlicher Deckel wird immer dünner, auch Anschlüsse und Kupplungen sind nicht mehrSo wie früher. Nur der Preis wird nicht billiger. Wichtig ist auch wenn man in Einrollt das man den Wasserdruck ablässt, sonstwird das Ding überall undicht.
