I’ve been using these silicone moulds for a few weeks now and they’ve been fantastic. The size is great — fits a good amount of batter, and the cakes come out evenly baked. The non-stick surface really works; I didn’t even need to grease them much, and everything came out clean with no sticking. I love that they’re flexible yet sturdy enough to hold shape when filled. Cleaning is super easy, just a quick rinse or pop them in the dishwasher. I've also used them for brownies and even a lasagna — very versatile! The material feels thick and durable, not flimsy at all. Definitely a good buy for any home baker.

I used one of these to cook the brownies that I bake on a regular basis. They cooked fine except that I had to bake them for about five minutes longer than I normally do. The cake came out easily - no sticking - but it had a wavy pattern on the base because there is a wavy pattern on the bottom of the tray - I guess maybe to keep it more rigid. (It did feel a bit more rigid than my old one). This was OK for my brownies but if you were planning to use the bottom of a cake as the top and expected then to have a smooth top you might not be particularly happy with it.
