It's a great idea but it only works on specific phones. I have a samsung a73 and thought it'd be fine. Apparently my phone is too new and it need andriod 10 to run. Which isn't made very clear. So basically I have a paper weight. I wanted to write this review so the next person who buys double checks cause it don't work on every samsung and it is already obsolete.

O Smartboy funciona bem com o Galaxy S8. Às vezes leva um pouco de tempo para que alguns aplicativos "percebam" que o acessório está conectado, mas em geral a experiência é satisfatória. Por algum motivo o aplicativo da Hyperkin para fazer dump dos cartuchos de Game Boy não está disponível para meu Galaxy S8 na Google Play Store, mas está disponível para outros aparelhos (no meu caso, a Play Store indicou meu Nexus antigo, modelo de 2013). Isso não me atrapalhou porque baixei o instalador por outra fonte. No geral, a experiência proporcionada pelo Smartboy não é mais especial que outros gamepads bons, mas acredito não deixa a desejar em questão de qualidade e acabamento. Ainda assim não me arrependo da aquisição porque sou entusiasta dos Game Boys clássicos e também usuário cativo do Galaxy S8 - que provavelmente é um dos smartphones com maior número de acessórios exclusivos ou quase-exclusivos que existe.

Sinceramente cumple con lo que promete, es de buena calidad y funciona muy bien. Si no eres exigente, podrás disfrutar de este artículo. Solamente sean cuidadosos porque no todos los dispositivos lo reconocen a la hora de conectarlo. Verifiquen compatibilidad. Xiaomi y Samsung son seguros.

Das Gerät passt meiner Meinung mit JEDEM android phone das es gibt egal wie groß und auch kompatibel sollte es mit jedem sein, alles Einstellungssache, also keine Bedenken. Bei mir Huawei Mate 20X passt sogar mit 7,2" wenn auch sehr knapp. Bin sehr zufrieden. Konsolenkost auch gewohnt zuverlässig und schnell.

Funktioniert mit dem Emulator "My Boy!" und "My Old Boy!" zusammen mit Images wunderbar. Die Cardridgefunktionalität konnte ich noch nicht testen, da ich meine Sammlung verliehen habe. Aber ich denke das wird dann auch funktionieren.Einziges Manko in meinen Augen, ich muss das Handy aus der Schutzhülle nehmen, damit es in das Gerät passt. Man kann es seitlich anpassen, auch die Position des USB Steckers ist variabel, aber nicht der die Breite des Schlitzes für das Handy. Schade, und deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrezesenten nicht anschließen.Bei Mir funktioniert der Smartboy wunderbar.Habe mir die Companion App und den Emulator heruntergeladen und danach war es auch schon plug and play.Und ich habe weder ein Samsung noch ein anderes angegebenes Gerät sondern ein "No Name" das Maze Alpha.Der Smartboy erkennt alle Spiele wunderbar mit den Speicherständen gibt es auch keine Probleme und es fühlt sich an wie ein Guter alter Gameboy Classic !Deswegen auch von mir 5 Sterne.

Auf der Homepage und hier im Text vor meiner Bestellung stand mein Smartphone (OnePlus2) mit in der Liste der Geräte, die mit dem Smartboy laufen.Leider stimmt dies nicht.Samsung hatte sich die Rechte geholt und ausser deren Androids funktioniert es nicht.Tolle Verarschung.
