I've had this on my JBL Partybox 320 outside under overhang for a good couple months now, and can say that these are very functional, doesn't hinder the performance and keeps the speaker clean. The fit is perfect, and is made of durable fabric.

So, I have two of these speakers so I can have stereo playback but one thing that is annoying is having to carry two chargers around lose. Yes, they run on battery and for a while, but you can only get the max power when plugged in so in general I like to leave them plugged in.Even though I have two of these speakers the cover is large enough to carry both power adapters in just one so if you got two of these speakers you only need one cover if storage is all you are looking for.I didn't notice any difference in sound quality or volume with these on which isn't too surprising, but they definitely knock down the brightness and effects of the LED rings on the speakers and the LED strobe light effects. For me that was not a problem as I really don't care about the LED rings and LED strobe lights but I know a major selling point of these speakers are those rings so it might bother some people.
