Unfortunately I am beyond the return date. I purchased the wall unit in April and put it up for a grand opening in May and it did not stay stuck to the wall. It fell to the floor and shattered into pieces, and I am unable to return it. I amNot happy about the return period time frame. It was a waste of my money!

I didn't read the reviews before buying. My bad. This dispenser shreads paper towels as you try and pull them through. Amazing that this company has no quality control or leadership that reviews its own products! But there is a simple fix. Take an inch wide 120 grit sand paper in your hand amd hold it against your finger. Sand the sharp edges on the bottom inside of the dispenser until the edges are no longer sharp to the touch. The dispenser will work fine now. If tears still occur, sand some more. This of course should be the final step at the factory. Duh.
