Installed the iSpring Whole House system in my home in 2018 and it works great. Installed this HB18B unit for the water supply to my 2 horse stable in 2022. Cracked the filter housing (my fault). Contacted iSpring customer service and spoke with Nick (sales@ispringfilter.com). Nick was extremely helpful and shipped me a replacement HB18B at no cost. Great Company, Great products, and Great Customer Service

Great product. The 20 in filter won’t screw on the 10 in housing but 10 in filter screws on 20 in housing. Not totally interchangeable.

Update: The second one split and leaked.There is a sticker that says it is designed for under 80 psi. It doesn't say this on the amazon description. Your house water pressure is likely more than 80 PSI. I wasted my money. The inlet/outlet threads are not NPT. PVC fittings fit better than brass or galvanized, but still not a great fit. After a month the side split and leaked on one of the two I ordered. Look elsewhere.

Heavy duty sturdy housing, but red pressure release valve is cheap plastic that can (it did) break easy. I had to juryrrig my own.Also the o ring is nice and fat for good seal, but not like the seal you can buy at the local hardware store around here. If I try to use those I would think the thinner o ring might not work.
