I'm a fan of anything that provides a better use of space and my kitchen cupboards are the prime suspect when it comes to wasted room that could otherwise be used.What I really like about these is that you have various ways of using them, which makes them versatile. Each shelf is almost 13.5" long and about 8.5" deep and nearly 7" high. You can have them as single risers to go inside a cupboard or on a shelf or you can screw them one on top of the other, (there's a screwdriver supplied which is handy). You can also have them side by side or slide one inside the other to make them adjustale, (one is slightly smaller than the other). This particular way means you can extend the shelves between 14" and just over 26".I think you have to take one of the uprights off the shelf on the left for these to slide into one another - that's what I did anyway, but there's no instructions so I'm not completely sure. It worked anyway!This extending layout was the one I intended to use to make some semblance of a kitchen cupboard, but unfortunately it didn't work as the cupboard I had in mind for these has quite a narrow depth and although the shelves fitted in fine, the hinges of the cupboard press against the shelf legs and would damage them, so I'm going to have to find someone else for them to be of use. This will probably the bathroom being as the shelves are made of rustproof metal and should be fine in there.All at all, they're study and seem durable enough. I also do like the choice of layout, but I think £27.99, (at time of review) is overpriced for what they are.

The product itself is really well made and feels extra sturdy. But seems a little on the high price.
