The dress is really cute with the asymmetric sleeve and skirt with the embroidered tulle over it.The top part of the dress is made from thin fabric, which doesn't have stretch to it. The neckline is partially elasticated over the thin strap sleeve side.The ribbon around the waist is a separate piece of ribbon, and there is no loops to attach it securely to the dress. For a toddler dress, this is never going to stay on for long, and I will either sew it on at the back or use it in her hair instead.

Very cute dress, well made and with a lovely design and colour. We love the embroidery on the skirt and the satin ribbon but were a bit dissapointed as the skirt is quite floppy and not as in the advertised pictures. For that fluffed up effect you'd need a separate tulle petticoat. Overall, a cute dress for all kinds of occasions but the skirt could use more layers to stay fluffed up.
