I use this shutter with my Rolleicord Model II (ca. 1937) and works very well.

Was hier geliefert wird, ist mal wieder klassisch chinesischer Billigschrott. Die Verarbeitung ist grottenschlecht und scharfkantig, die Mechanik völlig für die Tonne. Die Arretierung für Einzelbildauslösung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Dafür liegt ein Bändel bei, damit man das Teil am Handgelenk spazierentragen kann.Mein Rat: Finger weg von solchem Mist !!

The product seems to be quite well made and incorporates a useful locking feature that can be turned on and off. On the downside however, the product is rather heavy and clunky--especially when compared to my sadly broken shutter release for which I had bought this product as a replacement.

Remote control the old-fashioned way. It's not for taking selfies, though, as the cable is too short. It's for those times when the camera is on a tripod (or a wall, etc) and you want to eliminate shake as much as possible. Attach the remote control, go into 10-second delay mode, and click the shutter release. And then spend hours answering people's questions about the cute old camera that you must have bought back in the 60s or whenever. It's got that lovely retro style, just like the X100 series.

Es cortito pero para mi tiene un tamaño ideal. Lo utilizo para disparar en medio formato con condiciones de luz baja. Buena construcción. Very nice

Das Kabel ist gut verarbeitet und tut was es soll. Die Einrastfunktion klappt ohne Probleme.Was man bei diesen Kabeln, die eine Gummibeschichtung haben, bedenken sollte ist, dass sie bei kaltem Wetter recht steif werden können, sodass die Kamera durch Bewegungen des Kabels Ruckler bekommen kann.Das lässt sich allerdings mit gesundem Menschenverstand verhindern.Alles in allem ein gutes Produkt.

Decent quality- though a little on the large side, thanks to the big circular metal piece below the trigger. Recommended but there are more stripped back, smaller options out there if room is at a premium in your camera bag. The hold/bulb function is great and works well.
