This eye cup is made so that doesn't interfere with the tilting of the articulating screen.

I swear by these eyecups and always use them on my cameras when possible. This the first time I've used this particular shape and it took a minute to get used to. But now I love it almost as much as the egg shaped eyecups from Hoodman. The difference is entirely personal preference.I can't recommend these enough to people!

This really covers your eye well in landscape or portrait orientation. I guess I wish the rubber was a little softer, more pliable, but it's fine and works well. As far as fit, perfect. This thing fits much more tightly than the Sony eyecup and there is no way it's falling off. In fact I took it off and it kind of hurts your fingers a bit as you spread the prongs to remove it but I'd rather have it that way than too loose. Great replacement to the Sony eyecup. Highly recommended.

They come off too easily.After ordering two of these, and losing both, I gave up and switched to the Guerrilla G-Cup.

I don't like the ambidextrous cups, it's deep enough but it needs to be like the older apeman where it's specifically aligned for 1 eye or the other
