Like other items from KEOKER, these texture rollers are great, high quality items. The patterns are cool and sufficiently different from each other so as to allow you to create many variations. I especially liked the flowers pattern - great for earrings and you can carefully cut out the exact shape you want, or just pick at random. I am currently taking a clay-clay jewelry making class and was delighted to discover that they work just as well for that, as they do for polymer clay. I will obviously have to wash them super well to go back to polymer clay, but no biggie-- I'll wait for my 8-wk class to be over before I give them a proper good scrub. Like other reviewers on some of the other texture rollers, I found them quite small and a bit hard to roll, but after reading one review that mentioned sticking an acrylic roller inside of the hollow part (genius!!), I am confident that I can get better results next time. I trust this brand, every product I've bought from them so far has been stellar.

As a potter, I work in large pieces of clay and I use texture rollers daily. Sadly, this company is the only one that removes the texture on the end of the texture roller and imprints their name there. Therefore, unless you are rolling onto a piece of clay that is smaller than the roller, and you are very careful not to roll the end on the clay, as shown on the photo, the name "KEOKER" will show up in all of your clay pieces. Even though you are the artist. With my other clay rollers, I can roll a continuous pattern all the way down the clay and even go in different directions, never having to worry about being careful and meticulous that the end of the roller does not touch the clay. I cannot do that with this roller. The first time I used it that really caused a lot of extra work as I had already put a lot of work into a platter with underwater figures attached, then I rolled this on the base, and the name "KEOKER" showed up, I soon realized, all over the inside base of my piece. I then had to go and smooth out all the clay where that had been imprinted.I realize all their texture rollers have this which is very frustrating to me.That said, if you only do very small pieces, and you know the side of the roller will never touch what you are rolling, then it is perfect. It does do imprints really well and also washes off easily.LIkely best for polymer clay artists who only do small earrings. For potters working on slabs to make bowls and platters and vases and sculptures, a roller that has the pattern from one end to the other (as all other brands do) would be a better choice, as this one will leave their brand name over any clay slab that is larger than the roller.
