These gaskets stay in place under my regular knee pads. Only downside is that they are hot, but kneepads alone sans gaskets are hot too, so why not use these also and minimize risk of knee injury. Highly recommend.

An absolute must have to wear under your knee pads!! Didn't realize I needed them until I tried them. Will provide added support, and protection beyond just the knee pads alone. I use this for both skate boarding and inline skates. And they have already been put to the test on several occasions. (I invested in a second pair). I ordered a tight fit for added compression support, and they are super comfortable with hours of use!! A bit expensive, but worth the investment to avoid injury.

They do the job but I don’t think they will last longer than 8-12 months. Sticking looks flimsy. Give that these gaskets are two for the price of one higher quality gasket, to me they were worth keeping. They fit nicely under my 187 knee pads and give me the support and additional cushion my mangled knees need.
