I only just started using this the other night and I've barely used it a grand total of 2 hours. Initially it worked really nicely, transferring the foil really well. Then using it today it initially worked, then as I was changing the tip, I noticed the end of the tool where you screw the cap on smoking. I do not know if this is normal, however, right afterwards the tip was getting hot but nowhere near hot enough to consistently transfer my foil to paper, when it was working just before. I'm honestly disappointed given that it's a great size to use and easy to hold and work with.

Love this tool! The pen heats up and is ready to go almost instantly. The pen itself stays totally cool. The tips are smooth and do not drag on the foil at all. The kit comes with a little useful stand and tons of nice foil!So happy I decided on this foil pen!

First time I have ever used one.Fast set up, small learning curve.Tip of not to press to heavy or to long, the foil transfer just gets a bit blotchy.It really is that easy to use!
