I can't speak to using it on any other serger, but on my 936, this foot cannot be used as is. The bar that attaches to the ankle clamp (original to this machine) is too wide. That means that it slides around while clamped, and the holes meant for the needles may not be lined up. Luckily, I used my handwheel before starting to stitch because it was solid plastic underneath the right-hand needle. Best case scenario would have been a broken needle; worst case, my machine's timing thrown out of whack.

Fits my Singer Pro 5 . No issues. I've had no time to use it, but as it fits and is absolutely transparent, I think the purpose of the purchase is justified.

The foot was great for the project I was working on. I was able to see thru to the garment and ensured my stitches were the way I wanted them to be.

This is perfect I can see so much better when I do decorative stitching with the coverstich machine
