Love these soup mugs!(Even tho there are a few things that may be of concern to others.)1. The color of my mugs are not navy and pumpkin (assuming orange). As I suspected/hoped, they are more a blue with a purple tint--not nearly as dark as navy. The pumpkin is a complementing combo of orange and golden yellow. These colors make me happy!2. The 'keep cool' feature is dependent on heating method, length of heating and amount of food. Even if cooking stove top, the mug gets hot with soup.3. The handle is awkward and totally unbalanced depending on what's in the mug. I can easily imagine the top attachment point being a weak point for breakage.I use a cloth/double paper towel under the mug. I hold it from the bottom using the handle only as a contact point for balance if over-filled.Having whined about the above ;-), I still love the size and especially the colors of these super useful mugs.

I am so very pleased with these soup bowls. First off, the packaging was excellent. There was almost no way these bowls could break in transit. The bowls appear flawless. The paint was perfect. No smearing or bubbles in the paint at all. The handles are the perfect size to hold and very comfortable.
