My original headpiece broke. Taping and gluing didn't last. Nice to have it fully functional again

The grey plastic harness has a thin plastic strip that is supposed to hold the clear plastic buckle in place.This piece has been manufactured too thin so the buckle pulls free under tension.I'm going to try and make it thicker by wrapping tape around it.

The straps on this are too short for use with a large respirator. It may be fine for a person with a small head.A previous reviewer noted the retaining clips are not strong enough. The problem is that this strap is several inches shorter than OEM and you have to stretch it too much to fit, and the excess tension pulls the straps out of the clips.If you buy this, save your 3M straps and reuse them.
