Art der Verwendung:
1. Legen Sie die Probe auf eine feste Unterlage und halten Sie das Härteprüfgerät mit dem Eindringkörper mindestens 12 mm von der Kante der Probe entfernt.
2. Drücken Sie den Druckfuß gleichmäßig auf die Probe, so dass die Drucknadel senkrecht in die Probe gedrückt wird, bis der Druckfuß und die Probe mit den Messwerten innerhalb von 1S vollständig in Kontakt sind.
3. Prüfen Sie den Härtewert 5 Mal an verschiedenen Stellen, an denen die Messpunkte mindestens 6 mm voneinander entfernt sind, und bilden Sie den Durchschnittswert.

This Lancoon durometer is a rubber hardness tester. I have a few of these because I manufacture shoes and we often have to test outsoles and insoles and other rubber components to make sure the mixture of materials results in the most optimal hardness or softness for a component. It measures hardness from 0-100HA and is a Shore Type A durometer. It's pretty standard in a lot of industries and the measurements I got from this device were the same as another that I own. I will be sending this one to an employee that works in product development. Overall I'm happy with the quality for the price and recommend it.

This is my first durometer. This unit has no instructions. I had to go out and figure things out. Things like how to zero out the dial etc.What I have found subjectively is when you start to read a surface the probe will stick at first before breaking free. Not confidence building. If I try to read something super hard like a stone drink coaster, it only reads 96 and sometimes 99. You have to really play with it to get 100.There's no way to test how accurate the readings are. I'd like to see a couple of standards included. Just a couple of pieces of material, one being something like 50 shore and one like 90 shore. This way you can kind of fudge your readings to see how close the material you are testing it to the standard.For the price, and if you're interested in checking the hardness of anything between a rubber band and say the hard soles on your shoes, I'd say for it.

Il Durometro o Tester di durezza del marchio Lancoon è un dispositivo di buona qualità ed efficienza; è predisposto con un grande quadrante con una lancetta che va da 0-100HA; tuttavia manca un libretto di istruzioni che indichi i valori corretti dei vari materiali in gomma; la durezza viene indicata facendo riferimento allo standard ASTM D2240; infatti la durezza di polimeri ed elastomeri elastici in gomma secondo la scala di misura della Shore, viene determinata utilizzando la procedura di prova ISO 7619-1 oppure lo standard ASTM D2240; non si usa sui metalli; il prezzo è adeguato;

Si tratta di uno strumento per effettuare misurazioni della durezza di un materiale , in genere utilizzato su gomme e materiali simili ( elastomeri )Lo strumento è ben costruito con buoni materiali, si usa con facilità senza sforzo.Per effettuare le letture è sufficiente appoggiare lo strumento dalla parte dell’ago sulla superficie da testare ed effettuare una leggera pressione, i valori vengono indicati sul manometro.Non necessita di alimentazione né di batterie, le misurazioni effettuate sono abbastanza coerenti, dopo aver effettuato varie letture in momenti diversi sullo stesso prodotto non si sono riscontrate variazioni di valori sulle letture. Sulla precisione assoluta non mi posso pronunciare in quanto andrebbe paragonato ad uno strumento professionale che non ho.Una piccola osservazione riguarda la mancanza di poter bloccare l’ago dopo aver effettuato la lettura in modo da poterla leggere in tutta comodità.In sintesi è un buon strumento da tenere nella dotazione del fai da te.
