The bowls were placed on the bottom of the box with no packaging separating them, and some paper was placed at the top. The bowls clanged when I picked the package up off the porch. I feared the worst, but they were not broken. Thankfully, LeCrueset makes tough and durable products. I expect better from Amazon. I'll buy LeCreuset elsewhere.

.. for French-style onion soup. Perfect larger size that permits a reasonable amount of soup that you can cover with a toasted and buttered rusk topped by shredded cheese.

I want to start off by saying The first shipment of bulls I received one bowl was cracked. I received excellent customer service, I was refunded immediately, which enabled me to order two more bowls.These bowls arrived. They are the last piece I need for my Le Creuset collection. I could not find these bowls anywhere in oyster. I am very pleased with my product and the customer service that I received.
