Although thee knee pads seem plenty protective, they are not knee braces as I thought when buying. Uncomfortable when worn with riding boots. Would not buy again.

These knee pads saved my legs!!!! I slammed on pavement going 30 mph on an electric unicycle after being attacked by a dog. These pads saved my knees. I had some minor bruises from impact but I'm convinced I would have shattered my knee caps without them and they look amazing considering how far I slid and how hard I hit. Highly recommend worth every penny.

Never worn anything like this before. But started wearing these (over a pair of tight/stretchy Moose Racing armored pants) and found them comfortable all day long. They stay in place all day even when on and off bike many times and lots of up on pegs then back down on seat. I bought the large as the smaller size seemed too short for me. The large were quite wide with extra space on both sides of my knees. I used a heat gun to easily heat them and decrease the radius of the curve around my knees. Now they fit great.

Padding needs a little more from a normal perspective. Otherwise, spot on! More pads for our needs. MacGyver to the rescue, hmm: bubble gum, neoprene and dr. Scholl’s. Cool 😎

Great product! Super comfortable, can wear them all the day without any issues. Go with smaller size (eg. take small-medium instead of large-extra large) if you are in between sizes.The straps break in a bit, and get looser.
