The item arrived well-packaged and undamaged. Assembly is required.This item is well made. The screw holes are countersunk so they don’t stick out, the grooves are cut to fit the dividers tightly (they don’t rattle around), and the pre-drilled holes line up well. Furthermore, the paint is even throughout. From what I can tell, all parts of the item are bamboo. It has rubber feet to keep it from shifting on the countertop. I am very impressed with this item, especially for the price. Its build quality outweighs the few things I don’t like.The features I didn’t like (again, relatively minor) include the instructions, labels, and tools.The instructions are ok, but I’d have preferred they be separated into more steps. The first step, especially, indicates combining multiple boards. This was difficult to hold together and I damaged part of the item as a result (minor damage that could be fixed with wood glue and doesn’t affect the item’s use).Similar to other ‘assembly required’ items, there are stickers on each piece to differentiate the parts. Each of these stickers was located on the fronts of the panels and it takes a bit of time to remove the adhesive residue from the panels. I’d prefer the stickers be on the backs of the panels or be removed more cleanly.Finally, the included screwdriver is terrible. It is like an Allen wrench, but with a Phillips head on the long end and all of the screws are Phillips head. The issue here is that having the Phillips head on the long end only means I cannot get enough leverage to turn the wrench. The short end is just too small for me to grasp. I highly suggest using your own screwdriver, it will save a lot of time.

This is a nice organization caddy which can be utilized for many uses. It works excellently as a plate/utensil/napkin holder, however the few BBQ parties we have are in the summer, so I thought rather than just letting it sit in the cupboard waiting for the summer I thought I’d put it to other uses. First, most importantly, please check out the dimensions of the organizational caddy. The measurements are clearly shown on the website, but I know I just looked at the photos and my mind, incorrectly, guessed as to how big it was. I was very wrong; it is much bigger than I thought it would be. That is not necessarily bad, just as long as something this big works for whatever you have planned for it. It does require assembly, and I suggest you find a buddy to help you with that. It looked relatively simply so I tried to make it by myself, but quickly realized that if you want all the corners to be at 90 degree angles and all the screws to fit correctly into the pre-drilled holes, then you will save yourself a lot of frustration by having another set of hands. Also, grab a real Phillips screwdriver; they do provide an Allen wrench with a Phillips head on the end, but you need something that can give you leverage which the provided tool does not. I also recommend removing the label stickers off before installing each piece. I did not do that, and it was extremely difficult to try and cram my hand into the cubbies to get the very sticky sticker off. Once built, I decided to use it in my craft room to hold miscellaneous items that I need close by (see photo). It is a quality item with the white paint painted evenly everywhere. I believe if you’re okay with the larger size, use a real screwdriver, and have a buddy ready to hold the parts together while you screw in the screws you will be very happy with the way the product looks and its versatility.

A nice little container for paper plates, condiments, salt and pepper shakers. utensils. Just perfect for a picnic or for how I used it on a table on our glassed in front porch. Keeps everything organized and accessible. It looks really nice and now having owned it for 5 months I am really loving it.
