I bought this set because it was thickened and beautiful glass. So you can imagine how upset I was to find one of the cups broken.Its not worth sending the set back.I have asked the seller for a replacement he wanted to see the broken cup so I took a photo of it and sent it. But they should take your word for it as it's not every day I complain about something being broken in fact it's very rarelyI will not be using this company again ever.

I love these cups but one has a chip in it already. I was wondering if they are durable and wanted to contact the seller directly but don’t know how? I may just return them I guess.
