After extensive testing and comparing them with other models in the same price range, I’m giving the Linsoul Thieaudio Ghost a solid 4 stars. Here's my take:Design & Build:The Ghost stands out with its unique 40mm sapphire dynamic drivers and a sleek, modern design. The construction is robust with metal yokes and a comfortable, well-padded headband. While the included cable feels a bit basic, the overall build quality delivers great value at its price point.Comfort & Fit:These headphones are surprisingly lightweight and offer a secure, non-fatiguing fit even during long listening sessions. However, the clamping force can be a tad tight for some, which might require a short break-in period or minor adjustments.Sound Quality:The Ghost provides a balanced, slightly warm sound signature with a pronounced, punchy bass that remains controlled, and a midrange that brings vocals and instruments forward without being overly aggressive. The treble is crisp and airy, adding a touch of sparkle without causing fatigue. Although they don't excel in extreme detail retrieval compared to higher-end models, their overall presentation is enjoyable and engaging.Final Thoughts:I find the Thieaudio Ghost to be a reliable, well-tuned option for everyday use. While they could benefit from a few refinements (especially in cable quality and slight clamping adjustments), they offer impressive performance for the price. I’d recommend these headphones to anyone looking for quality sound and comfort without breaking the bank.Enjoy your music with the Ghost’s dynamic performance!

The sound signature from those is one of my favorite ones ever heard, they're great. But, and that's a very big but, only if you delete the protection foam from the pads, the one closing the driver from dust. This foam is way too thick and alters the sound signature, making it sound muffled. When in reality, those sound quite clear, and punchy, also the response speed is great. So I'd say, ig you're buying them for full price, only delete the foam if you don't plan on sending them back.If you're getting a good discount, just risk it and enjoy the clarity.Other than that, one more thing. They're quite inefficient sensitivity-wise. Which means, I'd recommend using them with a rather good starting amplifier, or at least with a balanced cable, because they will sound a bit weak on impact otherwise. So really only add those to your collection if you're using something else than a pc standard output. All that said, those are to this day ones of my favorite headphones, btw they're not produced anymore, so the stock here is just the remains of what's left, you might be limited on time

I got these headphones today, this is a very short use review, however I immediately thought they were fantastic. Your mileage my vary based on your equipment, explanation below.I unboxed these headphones which were shipped from China, and they actually arrived a 4 days earlier than the earliest expected date. The external box was beat up but the still sealed, the actual product box inside was in good shape. The product box has a pretty good amount of foam holding the rather nice semi-hard carrying case that holds the actual headphones. I didn't watch any kind of unboxing so I wasn't expecting the carrying case at this price point, and as previously stated it's actually pretty nice itself, so that's a pleasant bonus. After getting them unboxed and taking the few peels on the external surfaces off, I stuck them on my head without a cable just to see how they felt. Right out of the box they're pretty comfortable, I have a semi-large head so the clamping force was just a little tight for me but some light stretching of the headband loosened it up and I find them very comfortable. The headband is false leather which is a downer since it will inevitably start cracking and peeling at some point, but it is generously padded. Either getting a cover or just replacing the headband down the line should be an option, the benefit of Chinese manufactured headphones is that the parts tend to be in circulation across different models and easily obtainable from sites like aliexpress. Plus it's a dual entry headphone, so there's no cable running through the headband so it should be extremely easy to swap out. Build quality in general is still above average, regardless of price point I'd say. Everything feels sturdy, nothing creaks or feels particularly weak. On a side note, I have not changed out the earpads yet, but I personally hate how velour pads feel(especially sennheiser's garbage velour, heresy I know). I know changing them out will change the sound but this day one review includes the stock pads.I did not, however, take the cable out of it's bag. It's a basic 3.5mm to dual 3.5mm cable, looks to be of decent quality. I have multiple 4.4mm balanced cables, I used one of them instead, please keep that in mind as these headphones did require a bit of power, and I had the benefit of running them balanced. On to how they sound, and this surprised me. The reason they surprised me is because I EQ all of my headphones, but I liked how these sounded without any EQ. I did feel they could use more bass, but I like a *lot* of bass. But the mids and highs were pretty great right out of the box, zero hours of use. If you subscribe to the burn in lifestyle, then in theory they should get even better with some use. After some listening with them completely stock(minus the balanced cable part), I did utilize some features of my dac/amp to change the sound a bit. I have an iFi Zen DAC, and an iFi Zen CAN setup, I used the Zen CAN's xbass & xspace features which is a analogue bass boost and some kind of sound stage widening shenanigans. xbass made a fantastic improvement in the low end as far as my preference goes, didn't notice that big of a change with xspace but I left it on. Rocked out for a few hours this way, on a few tracks that I wanted even more bass I used the truebass on the Zen DAC as well, using both boosts is a pretty substantial increase in low end and most of my headphones will start to distort if I try to use both at the same time. These took the extra low end no problem and sounded great while doing.I don't claim to be an audiophile, and I never will. I know what I like which tends to be kind of a V sound signature but with more bass depending on the genre/song. The equipment I bought, namely the two iFi devices with individual(and stacking) bass boosts, supports my tastes. I will undoubtedly change out the ear pads for something that isn't velour, and as long as that doesn't completely ruin the sound, I *could* stop buying headphones with these and be happy.*A side note about my equipment: I chose to go with iFi devices because of their particular bass boost, I've used other amps that have bass boost features but nothing I've ever tried holds a candle to iFi's truebass or xbass settings. Windows was at 100% volume, Zen DAC had power match on(basically high gain), and the Zen CAN was set to +12dB(3rd of 4 gain modes) with the dial at about 45-50%, at +6dB I needed the dial almost maxed out and some songs couldn't get loud enough. These headphones want power.**Secondary note about what I read on another review about the headphones smelling strongly: mine have a faint "new foam" smell that I only notice if I basically shove my nose into the earpad itself and inhale deeply. No way these could stink up an entire room with any kind of smell. Not sure what happened with their unit, or if that person just has a much, much more sensitive nose than me.

Klingen gut.

I really enjoy using this headphone in day to day use of my computer (music, movies, gaming,...). the sound quality is very good for the price and it is also comfortable on the ears.just a small note: it is an open back headphone meaning a small portion of the sound comes out of the other end of the headphone that can be heard by people who are not using the headphone.

I've been listening to the Ghost for a few hours, and comparing them with some of my current headphones in my collection, namely the, Hifiman HE400SE, Final Sonorous ll, and Blon B8..They're not as resolving as any of the above mentioned headphones, they are decent enough, with a decent enough sound stage for their price, but they still aren't quite as resolving as the Hifiman HE400SE, Final Sonorous ll or Blon B8.They are light, but don't have a lot of flexibility, like the Hifiman, Blon or Final do..They're acceptable for their price, but not exceptional..

It has a fun sound signature that's fairly dynamic and on a high technical level. My main complaint is that female vocals tend to sound a little thin and exhibit some sibilance. The leading edge of instruments can also be somewhat exaggerated. Otherwise, the Ghost is a capable, well built, comfy headphone at an excellent price point.
