Got this because I've been looking for something that would easily and comfortably allow me to carry around some basic medical supplies around with me and this did not disappoint. A few things to take note of however are if you don't wear cargo pants then this is likely not going to carry very well in a front jeans pocket. The Molly webbing on the back is nice in that it gives you options for how you can carry it. As well as being pretty quick to open/deploy by simply yanking on the pull handle as you pull it out of your pocket. Not to mention you could either just a thread some trauma shears through the webbing or you could get a molly trauma shear sleeve and attach the trauma shears to it that way.Another thing to take note of is pretty much no matter what it's going to be a bit bulky there's really only so much you can do to try and slim it down.I got the pouch and filled it myself as I already had pretty much everything that the pre-stocked pouch has just lying around. For reference I have a snake staff EDC tourniquet (the wide version), a mini sharpie, a basic boo boo kit, and some wound packing gauze.

This little pocket kit is awesome , it is pretty bulky to keep in your pant pocket but it fits perfectly in a jacket pocket or for your backpack , I recommend getting one of these especially if you conceal carry

This work out perfect for me my new Dr. just have me a nasal spray for my seizures and he wanted me to carry it. It fits in there great I also made a small first aid kit and a 2 day supply of my meds, I did have a couple other things but it was to much for my edc
