I haven't tested if it really glows in the dark yet, but either way it's cute. His face on the bag is kinda soft too.

My granddaughter loves this bag. I bought it for our upcoming trip to Disney World. The quality and design is very nice.

I love the backpack and the matching wallet. The beautiful teal colors and the texture on Pooh. And of course the glow in the dark heffalumps and woozles. All great. It’s made so well and sturdy. You have to leave it in the light for some time if you want them to glow. I love loungefly.
