One thing I have learned with my limited slide scanning experience is that cleanliness is critical for obtaining the highest quality digital copies of slides. To this end, I requested this case in an effort to keep my slide scanner as clean as possible. This case, made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), is relatively rugged and water resistant thereby providing adequate protection for the Kodak Slide N Scan®. It is large enough to hold the scanner and the accessories including the slide holder, three film adapters, the manual, cleaning brush, HDMI cable, USB cable, manual, and micro-SD card and adapter (photos), albeit snugly. One modification would make this case even better in my opinion and that is moving the zipper on the mesh pocket from the middle to the top to facilitate loading items – especially the manual.PROS• Nice, rigid case provides protection for the Kodak Slide N Scan® and keeps the scanner relatively dust-free which is important for scans.• Large enough to hold the scanner and accessories, albeit snugly.• The mesh pocket in the top holds most, if not all, of the accessories.CONS• This is a minor point, but it would be easier to place the accessories (especially the manual) in the mesh pocket if the zipper was near the top rather than in the middle of the pocket.

This is a nice zippered case to protect and store your film and slide scanner. It's sized for the Kodak scanner, but my Magnasonic fits perfectly fine.It has a nice zippered mesh pocket in the lid for storing the carriers and power cord which is nice.It's a fairly rigid case so should provide good protection.Two thumbs up!
